Carrie McNabb has 15 years experience working as a finance professional in both profit and non-profit organizations.

She spent over a decade working to deliver financial guidance and analysis in the technology sector with a focus on making financial results accessible to every audience. After eight years serving on non-profit boards, she decided to make a professional transition to the charitable sector where she could leverage her commercial success to assist charities implement financial best practices while working with leadership to understand their programming profitability and how best to deliver on strategic priorities.  

Carrie is a qualified accountant who did both her accounting designation and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She has worked in Canada and the United Kingdom, the latter is where she currently lives with her husband and mischievous rescue dog. 


Stacey Saunders has over 10 years experience working as a human resources professional in both the profit and non-profit organizations.

She has spent her career building HR departments.  She does this by building capacity in leadership and engaging with staff (and sometimes volunteers) to improve trust and morale.  She has experience with building HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, total rewards, compliance, and employee relations.

Stacey believes in applying innovative thinking to a company’s people processes makes things more efficient, transparent and effective. She has her CHRP, Human Resources Management Post Graduate Degree and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  Out of the office you can find her on a hiking trail with her family.
